Overview
The À la soupe ! Pour une alimentation institutionnelle responsable is a project to encourage healthy and sustainable menus in public and para-public institutions (schools, hospitals, home-care centres, nurseries, etc.) and good dietary habits in the children and adults who use these facilities. How? By creating food and education relationships with local farmers that will permit establishments to support local agriculture while benefiting from farm fresh produce. The project also encourages young and old alike to take an interest in the food cycle and understand how food affects their health, the environment and the health of their communities.
