Every day, Kevin Panagapka diligently works at a winery that doesn't exist. The 31-year-old Beamsville man has no grape crush pad or retail bar to call his own. Instead, the one-man show behind Twenty Twenty-Seven Cellars rents space from Vineland's Featherstone Estate Winery to make his Riesling and Pinot Noir. Customers can only order his wine by phone or online.
