A bad year in the okanagan valley this year for mildew, but not valley wide, in certain areas, some very bad others not so bad,, I started out with spraying skim milk and as the sesaon progressed I elevated to Milstop and then Kumulus, I was fortunate my vineyard didn't get to any thing serious in the way of worrying about the mildew, I dropped about a shopping bag full of infected berries, do have a little mildew in the canes this year but not every where, and I will take and spray kumulus arter harvest and start my mildew program early in the spring 2011...... If I hadn't started early this year spraying I would have had a very serious mildew problem again this year, but I beleive the skim milk was instermental in warding off the first out breaks.
