Marketing saskatoons

I have a 12 acre saskatoon orchard and have 800 lbs. in the freezer from this summer's harvest. I am looking for a closer market than Calgary, AB or Southey SK. Does anyone out there know someone who is making wine, beer or any other products with saskatoons?
