Grape Vines

I have three or four grape vines one being concord the others will remain nameless(I don't remember) We would like to have them for fresh fruit. Some have been in the ground 10+ years others less. How do I care for them-
Prune?
Fertilizer?
What should they grow on?
Wrap for the winter?
Any assistance or info that could be provided would be appreciated. The property is located in Murray Township just a little north of Prince Edward County, Ontario.

'm asuming your getting grapes off the vines already. Having said that, the climate should be ok to leave the vine un-wrapped unless you've been having alot of dieback each year. In that case wrap them in burlap as a possible solution or take them down off the trellis and lay the cane/trunk on the ground so there is some snow protection.
Your vines are well established. Fruit on next years growth comes out on the buds that remain from this years growth. As such, you need to prune the vine back to approximately the same number of canes that grew this past season. Theoretically that means you prune each of this years canes back to 1 bud. You may want to wait until the spring to do this to see how many buds make it through the winter.
If the plants are healthy and have been growing well for 10 years you probably dont need to do anything special in the fertilizer department just keep doing what your doing.
