Its been a wonderful year east of Toronto, out Oshawa way, for Himrod seedless and Vanessa grapes, but the Stanley plums and the Concord grapes were a bit of a disappointment. Maybe it was the excessive ammount of rain we got but the Concord vines grew really slowly and many of the leaves were wrinkled, tightly rolled, misshapen and small. Maybe next year it will be a better year for jams & jellies..
